Well, it just went in a pot of homemade vegetable soup that I have on the stove! I tried the ole "finger tip dip" in the powder and it's got some kick but even more impressive is the depth of flavor! Ok folks. Real talk time. A few months ago I had the pleasure of being introduced to Papa's Pepper. I’ve had a few casual conversations about this seasoning with some of my fellow spicy food connoisseurs, but I wanted to share this amazing company’s story and products with my broader group. For those of you that may not be full on chile heads yet, or those flirting with crossing the threshold into spice lovers, I highly recommend getting your hands on some. It has some heavy hitters in the ingredient list but is more balanced and thoughtful in the type of heat it offers than just a hot sauce. It is a flavor enhancer and does a beautiful job of providing a slow, dry heat while opening up the senses to help you experience your food through a whole new lens. You can go gentle on the application with a little sprinkle and ride that sweet, sweet heat into flavor town OR you can go heavy and challenge yourself to feel the burn. Go grab some now. Seriously though. Do. It.

How can I say this?.....LIFE CHANGING! I'm not an expert in the world of spice or peppers, nor do I own or have ever used a Scoville scale, however I know a great hot sauce or powder when I taste one. Papa's Pepper just gave my refrigerator and spice rack its space back. I can use this on everything!
