Papa's Pepper Phire-cracker Blackened Shrimp

I grew up in Maryland and one thing every Marylander knows is that Old Bay can be used on anything, and it can, especially seafood.  There is however more to the seafood palate that just Old Bay!  That's what the driving force was behind this flavor explosion of Phire-cracker Blackened Shrimp with lemon Beurre Blanc sauce!  It's smokey and spicy coating on the sweet shrimp along with a tangy and buttery lemon sauce!  It's really a pairing that rocks your tastes buds in an incredible way!

Papa's Pepper Ragin' Rib Rub

Well, here it is, Papa's Pepper Ragin' Rib Rub!  Don't let the name fool ya, it's not just for ribs, it's good on anything!  You might want to make a batch of this rub and keep it handy in a shaker to put on burgers, chicken and even fries!  It's a sweeter Kansas City style rub that is really packed with layers of flavor and some kick from Papa's Pepper premium spice blend!

PAPA'S PEPPER KANSAS CITY STYLE BBQ SAUCE

Y'all, when I think barbecue, I immediately think Kansas City style barbecue.  To me, it's the best there is.  I love the thick, sweet, smoky, spicy tang that it offers!  Well, I got to work making my own and after several attempts, tweeks and twists, I came up with what I think is the best Kansas City style barbecue sauce there is and I've decided to share it with you!  I can be used on pork, beef, chicken (as seen here) it it will even be good on a flip-flop!  You can thank me later.....

ALABAMA WHITE BBQ SLIDERS WITH GINGER COLE SLAW

Y'all, I was barbeque deprived growing up.  I only knew of two kinds of BBQ, the sweet Kansas City style and the tangy Carolina style.  Imagine my surprise when I found out about all the other styles of BBQ!  I love them all, I really do, but Alabama white BBQ is at the top of my list.  Who would have thought that a mayonnaise based BBQ sauce would work?  Trust me, it does!  It's also great to dip fries, chips, tater tots and just about anything else you can think of!  Well, to prevent anyone else from being BBQ deprived here is my Alabama white BBQ sauce recipe just in time to make sliders for the Superbowl!
