2.5 lbs. Ground beef
2 Sweet onions, finely diced

12oz. Tomato paste
3T Chili powder
3T Smoked paprika
1t Onion powder
1t Granulated garlic
1t Mustard powder
2T Spicy brown mustard
2T Liquid smoke
2T Worcestershire sauce
1/2C Apple cider vinegar
1&1/2C Light brown sugar
1C Ketchup
1T Papa's Pepper premium spice blend

Brown ground beef until just browned, don't over cook.  While the beef is cooking mix all sauce ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

Once the beef is cooked, drain off all the grease and then add onions to the hot beef and stir thoroughly breaking up the beef into very fine pieces.  The hot beef will cook the finely diced onions as they are mixed in. Once the beef is stirred and broken up add the sauce to the beef and stir to incorporate.  Serve on a bun with your favorite side dish!

Cooks tip:
I use my stand mixer with the paddle attachment to break up my ground beef into very fine pieces and mix the diced onion into the beef.
