I love it hot, and cold!  Yes, you can have it both ways!  I love a cold salad that really packs a punch of spicy, flavorful heat.  That wonderful hot and cold sensation adds the wonderful textures and flavors in this spicy seafood salad.  Give it a try and I'm certain you will love it hot and cold as well!

1 Small head purple cabbage, very thinly julienned
6 Jalapenos, seeded and roughly chopped
4 Carrots, grated
2lbs. Shrimp, cooked
2lbs. Crab meat
2C Mayonnaise
1/8C Apple cider vinegar
1/8C Honey
3T Mustard
3T Worcestershire sauce
1/4C J.O. Crab seasoning
2T Papa's Pepper premium spice blend
Seasoned Panko bread crumbs

Garnish with chives, radishes and a sprinkle of panko bread crumbs.

1. Whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, J.O. Crab seasoning and Papa's Pepper.

2. In a large mixing bowl pour sauce mixture over vegetables and mix to combine.

3. Add crab and shrimp to vegetable mixture and gently mix until just incorporated.

4. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

**Cooks notes:

You can substitute imitation crab meat for real crab meat with very little difference.

You can use Old Bay instead of J.O. crab seasoning, but use it sparingly as it tends to be very salty.
