It's test time, but it's so worth it! This is an easy, no cook recipe, but it will definitely test your knife skills!  We love a good Italian hoagie, who doesn't right?  We also love some spice on a good Italian hoagie!  I wanted a way that we could have that great hoagie taste for everyone when we had friends and family over that was sure to please and this recipe delivers!  This recipe is also perfect for a game day crowd pleaser, which it certainly is!  You'll be shocked at how many people come back for seconds and thirds!

Serves 12

1/2lb. Sliced deli pepperoni
1/2lb. Sliced deli salami
1/2lb. Sliced deli ham
1lb. Provolone cheese
1& 1/2C diced pepperocini
1 Head iceberg lettuce
1 Red onion
6 Roma tomatoes
1C Extra virgin olive oil
1/3C Red wine vinegar
2C Olive oil Mayonnaise
1/4C Dried oregano
1T Papa's Pepper premium spice blend
Salt/pepper to taste

1. Cut meat, cheese, onions, tomatoes and lettuce into a small dice (1/4").  Keep the vegetables separate from the meat/cheese.

2. Add lettuce and onion to a large mixing bowl.  Add vinegar to lettuce and stir to incorporate.  Add oil, mayo and tomatoes and pepperocini to lettuce mixture, stir to incorporate.  Add oregano and Papa's Pepper, mix well.  Add meat and cheese to lettuce mixture, mix well, refrigerate for at least one hour.

Top with a couple sliced pepperocini rings and chives.  Serve with sliced baguette or your favorite hearty crackers.

Cooks note:
The vinegar always needs to be added first because if the oil is added first it will prevent the vinegar from adhering to the lettuce.
