Whoever said seafood and cheese does not go together has clearly never had Papa's Pepper hot crab dip!  It's got everything, cheesey goodness, sweet crab, spicy excellence and the crunch of the cracker or toast you are eating it with!  This one is certain to please at your next party!

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes

1/2C Quality mayonnaise
1/4C Sour cream
2t Worcestershire sauce
1t Fresh lemon juice
1 Clove garlic, finely minced (optional)
1t Mustard powder
2T Old Bay
1&1/2C Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4C Mozarella cheese, shredded
8oz. Cream cheese, softened
1t Papa's Pepper premium spice blend
1lb. Lump crab meat

Pre-heat oven to 350°

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT crab meat and mix well.  Gently fold crab meat into mixture, carefully trying to maintain some of those delicate and delicious chunks of crab meat!  Scrape mixture from bowl into oven safe small casserole dish.  At this point, you can top with a little additional cheddar cheese and then a sprinkle of Old Bay, should you choose to do so.  Cover and put in pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.  After 20 minutes uncover and put in oven for an additional 10 minutes or until dip is golden brown and bubbly.

Serve hot with assorted crackers or toasted baguette.

*There is no salt in this dish because Old Bay, while incredibly delicious, has a lot of salt.  Add salt to your own taste.
